I've joined Toni in her "Kitchen Poetry" photo journal and have this to share with you.
A new recipe (I made it up) and a new (vintage) casserole dish from the thrift shop. It was easy and the presentation wasn't too bad either. My family loved it.

I totally am jealous of that vintage dish you found! It's beautiful! I love enchiladas too, and tacos and chimichongas ... I am so bad. Ole' :) xxoo
We have been looking for a pyrex casserole dish. Once we gave them away, but not anymore.
